I NEED YOUR HELP WITH SOMETHING....
We have an employee that we hired 3.5 years ago. She hasn't followed through with anything she said she would.
Now, due to somewhat of a default situation, she may be eligible for a promotion in November.

During her review she said, if she gets promoted, she will do all the things she promised she would.

She seems to have no interest in doing the things she has promised now but appears to be holding out on them in order to get promoted.

What would you do?

@damonbenning We were there. They didn’t turn anyone away, they just abandoned the ticket lines. We walked right in, no one checked tickets. It was definitely over capacity. They did shut down liquor sales though. Scottsdale PD had their hands full.
