@odinstarks @hankgreen A good deal of comedy specials are taped twice or thrice to make sure there are no hiccups, but it's usually the same show that someone delivers during their tour. They'd have done and refined it as few as ten time, I suppose, but don't quote me on that last bit.

I miss star rating systems for online media content, especially on Netflix or YouTube. So often, I don't rate things because my opinion is neither a simple "like" nor an easy "dislike". I can think of so many shows where I'd rate them firmly in the middle.
