రాప్తాడులో ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాల విద్యార్థినిపై రంపంతో దాడి చేయడం అత్యంత పాశవికం, క్షమించరాని నేరం. బడికి వెళ్లిన ఆడబిడ్డలపై ఇలాంటి దాడులకు తెగబడటం చూస్తూ ఊరుకునే ప్రసక్తే లేదు. నిందితులు ఎవరైనా సరే చట్టం ముందు నిలబెట్టి కఠినంగా శిక్షిస్తాం. బాధిత బాలికలకు మెరుగైన వైద్యం అందేలా అన్ని చర్యలు తీసుకుంటాం. ఆడబిడ్డల భద్రత విషయంలో రాజీ లేదు!

Rapthadu -Ananthapur School crime on 31 Oct 2026 is truly horrifying. This has eerie similarities with recent Shabad massacre in Telangana. 90% of the times, such hate crimes are committed by the people who are known to victims.

Many crimes can be prevented if everyone is vigilant and act (not just police).

21-yr Hemanth entered ZP High School with a power saw and attacked Class 10 girl who had allegedly rejected him. Her friend got injured while trying to save her friend.

Why youth turn possessive & cruel - 10 signs to spot early:

1. Love becomes ownership: “I like her" slowly becomes "She is mine only". He can't accept No.

2. Can't handle rejection: Takes No as insult, not as her choice. Feels humiliated and angry.

3. Stalking pattern: Follows her to school/tuition, calls from many numbers, checks her Instagram, waits outside class. Shabad incident happened in the same way. So was Rapthadu.

4. Isolation: Stops studies/work, stays alone, talks only about her, says "If not me, no one can have her".

5. Threat as love: Says "I will die if you don't talk", "I will spoil your face / kill you". This is not love, it's control.

6. Victim's signal: Girl becomes silent, scared, avoids school, wants to change route. Friends must notice.

7. Weapon search is last warning: Buying knife, acid, chainsaw - like in this case - means he has already decided.

How parents, teachers, police can STOP such crimes:

8. Parents: Don't hide. If son follows a girl after No, take him away, engage him in work, get counselling at Govt hospital or inform police or elders.

9. Teachers / Girls: Don't force girl to "just talk once to calm him". On first day of harassment, inform parents + Headmaster + 112 / SHE Team / 100. File written complaint. In AP/TS, Disha / Women Safety Wing will act confidentially.

10. For everyone - 72-hour rule:mMost attacks happen within 72 hours of final rejection. That is the most dangerous time. Act fast, shift the girl to safety, put police watch on the boy, take preventive bond.

One line message to Youth:
Love can never be forced. A No means NO. That’s it. Walking away with dignity makes you a man, attacking makes you a criminal for life.
