@Cigna @NorthsideHosp @cigna has been no help. "talk to Northside." @NorthsideHosp also no help. Asking myself why bother with #healthinsurance if I'm paying so much myself. It's completely useless.

@Cigna Paid @NorthsideHosp approx $6K to date out of pocket. Bill still not settled with @cigna so we have not received "credit" for paying our deductible. Even though deductible has been paid, we still have to pay out of pocket for all of our dr. visits.
