@JetBlue has to be the worst airline ever! After waiting at the airport all day yesterday, our flight was cancelled. They rebooked us on another flight TWO days later and only provided accommodations for ONE night. We can’t even reach a representative to sort all this out. BS!!!

@RealJackEdwards Sorry, but the problem is NESN. Same thing happened with PlayStation Vue in 2019, and NESN tried unsuccessfully to get viewers to apply pressure for weeks via its website/Twitter. The common denominator seems to be NESN is asking for too much. I’m not changing providers again.

@neurobiancology Possibly. I’m not saying the approach is right/wrong. Rather, people rush to judgement and can be quite negative when expressing their thoughts. The scientific community in general could benefit from more constructive criticism.
