@TMobile I am a customer of T-mobile since the service started in the US. Yet when I come to pick up a new phone I ordered the shop insists on a physical DL not accept my Real ID which good for TSA. I have the T-Mobile app and everything can be verified who I am claiming to be. Does this not sound ridiculous to you?
