Is it possible to do an out-of-state transfer to @NJ_MVC if the @Hyundai Finance group ignores the state form (OS/SS-54) you've faxed them 3 times? I'm guessing no, but then I'll be the one on the hook when found driving an unregistered car. WELCOME TO NJ! @NJGov

Never finance a @Hyundai if you plan to move across state lines. You'll just keep faxing forms over to them and they'll never do their part to get your car registered with the DMV. I sure do love driving illegally.
