You don’t have to like or agree with the man. I understand there are serious allegations against him, and I’m not dismissing that. But allegations are not proof of guilt, that’s something for the legal process to determine. Not the opinions of people.
What I can speak on is my own experience. This man saved my life, and I know I’m not the only person who feels he’s had a positive impact on them. I’d be dead wrong not to speak on his behalf and share what he’s done for me personally because suicidal thoughts, male depression, unspoken words. Those are not allegations; those are truths
If I were Xabi I would chase after Benzema , Mane etc players who have won at the highest level. Players who will be locker room leaders
The vacuum Thiago Silva left behind him still haunts the club
@Stilloxygen Yes , that's the only hesitation and it explains why he's going after cheaper players instead
They forget T Silva signed at 37 or so
The team lacks character.
They're more concerned with the celebrity and stardom of EPL football than with winning trophies and sporting glory
They're not ambitious
The game doesn't mean anything to them.
Not players you can win it all with!
As a result he is signing players that are strong willed proven players who aren't afraid
He is building a team of fighters who will go out and try to win every game.
The current set of players mentally aren't Chelsea quality
The Chelsea squad has been one of the most inconsistent sides in all of Europe
They are always as good as their opposition
This is a sign that the team doesn't lack quality
The team has a weak mentality.
