4 Submit before closing
5 Wait for evaluation
Simple but you must be accurate and on time.
Scoring System (How You’re Judged)
Government uses points:
80 or 90 = Price
20 or 10 = B-BBEE level
If your price is fair & your business is black-owned (Level 1), your chances go up.
