@GWRHelp and @HenleyTrains is opening train doors at stations now optional?! Was on the 17:20 to Didcot (via TWY) train stops at Twyford - doors don’t open - all passengers for Twyford end up in Reading?! Missed my connection to Henley…home an hour late and £55 down 😑 cheers 👍
