@PanthersCulture Most brutal NBA loss I’ve ever seen, but the Spurs are way ahead of schedule.
They’re about to rip off a dynasty. This will be remembered like Gretzky losing the 83 Finals and then immediately winning 4 rings in 5 years.
@PanthersCulture Agreed. Best I can say is Tepper has improved his approach. Morgan/Tillis are fantastic and the roster is absolutely legit but I don’t trust HC or QB.
We’ll see.
@DonnellySports I agree that him giving up play calling is what is best for the 2026 Panthers. My concern is that they’ve hired an offensive coach who doesn’t call plays. Nearly all of the best offensive coaches call their own plays, and it’s an indictment on Canales that he can’t.
@DonnellySports It’s all a reflection of Bryce Young. Right or wrong almost no NFL personality believes he can be a franchise QB. His size is almost disqualifying. Swap Baker and Bryce and this team would be a dark horse Super Bowl pick.
@PanthersCulture Our fanbase needs to set a higher standard at QB.
Bryce is exactly as good as the roster you put around him. He doesn’t consistently elevate the team. He still has 50 yard passing games. He’s not a franchise QB.
Uncomfortable facts.
@PanthersCulture The fact that the Bears, with a bad QB situation at the time, were willing to trade away a chance at Bryce Young, should have given us pause.
Granted he’s improved but…yeah
@PanthersCulture Dan Morgan is building a Rolls-Royce with this roster. Only problem is Canales and Bruce are the ones who have to drive it.
Problem for another day though. Today we celebrate.
@PanthersCulture Bryce would obviously get the starting job (especially given his 5th yr option), but seeing Anthony Richardson’s size/talent side by side with Bryce’s would do a number on that locker room.
I don’t hate it though.
@PanthersCulture What better way to mix things up than to bring in a guy that Canales already worked with for years?
Bevell is a cutting edge offensive maverick.
@PanthersCulture Only 2 ways to win a Super Bowl in the 2020s.
Offensive genius HC (Chiefs/Rams)
Or the best pass rush in the sport (Bucs/Eagles/Seahawks)
@DonnellySports As far as a question he is likely to answer, is he looking to add anything to the receiver room, and if so what type of skillset?
A question he’s less likely to answer, Bryce is under contract for the next 2 years, are you still looking to add/upgrade the QB room?
