BREAKING: Donald Trump is humiliated to his face by the judge overseeing today’s New York fraud trial as the judge destroys Trump’s claims that the judge has “dismissed 80 percent” of his case against him due to the statute of limitations.

The judge told Trump to his face that he ALREADY lost the case, — and then put him on notice that Every use of a false financial statements in business starts the statute of limitations running again” — and that New York Attorney General Letitia James “is not suing” Trump “on the underlying transactions, but on the financial statements that referenced them, which occurred after 2014.”

The judge declared, “Every use of a false financial statements in business starts the statute of limitations running again. I understand that you strongly disagree with this and will appeal on those grounds… that’s what we have appeals for.”

Well played, Judge Engoron! Trump tried to tell reporters yesterday that Judge Engoron had thrown out most of his case — and Judge Engoron put him in his place today right to his face — and in front of the entire country.

BREAKING: Rudy Giuliani is slammed with disastrous news as the law firm that represented him amidst his numerous investigations and lawsuits sues him for a staggering $1.3 million in unpaid legal fees.

The timing could not be any worse for Giuliani as he is currently drowning financially. For example, on the day he was arraigned in Georgia he was seen leaving a bail bonds office — indicating that he is likely dead broke.

The law firm Davidoff Hutcher & Citron alleges that Giuliani has only paid $214,000 of the money he owes them for numerous services, including helping him with the January 6th investigation, 2021 investigations by Georgia prosecutors, and numerous other problems.

Despite his massive outstanding bill of $1,360,196, Giuliani's most recent payment to the firm was made four days ago and was for the relatively paltry sum of $10,000, meaning he hardly made a dent.

Giuliani's spokesman Ted Goodman pathetically whined about the lawsuit on Giuliani's behalf—

"I can’t express how personally hurt I am by what Bob Costello has done. It’s a real shame when lawyers do things like this, and all I will say is that their bill is way in excess to anything approaching legitimate fees," he said."

The man once known as "America's mayor" is well and truly cooked. The good news for Rudy is that meals in prison are free.

BREAKING: Georgia judge rules in favor of Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, DENIES Kenneth Cesebro and Sydney Powell’s request to sever their cases from each other.

This is devastating news for every single one of Trump’s co-defendants, because they are terrified that being tried alongside Trump and every co-conspirator will make them more likely to all be found guilty of the serious racketeering(RICO) charges that carry lengthy prison sentences.

This swift ruling sets a VERY dangerous precedent for Trump and the rest of his codefendants. BREAKING: Special Counsel Jack Smith drops huge bombshell news and informs Judge Aileen Cannon that a witness in the Mar-a-Lago documents case has retracted his false testimony and spilled damning information on Donald Trump.

This is HUGE and an absolute nightmare for MAGA...

Yuscil Taveras, the Mar-a-Lago employee in question, was the Director of Information Technology and monitored security cameras at the estate. He abruptly retracted his grand jury testimony and directly implicated Trump and his cronies.

The stunning reversal came right after he switched from an attorney paid for by a Trump PAC to a lawyer from the federal defender's office who was not compromised. Taveras has since fingered Trump and others for obstruction of justice.

Originally, he told the grand jury that he was unaware of any efforts to erase videos but now alleges that there was a deliberate effort to destroy evidence at Mar-a-Lago.

The witness's reversal was a direct contributing factor to Jack Smith's previously reported decision to bring a superseding indictment against Trump.

BREAKING: Jared Kushner is blindsided with terrible news as one of the most powerful Republicans in Congress goes on live TV and speaks out against the shocking $2 billion investment bribe Kushner received from Saudi Arabia after the Trump administration ended.

It all started when James Comer — the Chairman of the feared House Oversight Committee — stated on CNN that Kushner "crossed the line of ethics" by raking in $2 billion from the Saudis.

There has long been credible speculation that the so-called "investment" was actually payback for favors the Trump White House did for the Saudis, like their ignoring the brutal murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

Even better, the man who claims to have “graduated first in his class from Wharton” misspelled the word “stolen,” which even a first-grader can spell. By the way, Trump never even took a single class at Wharton Business School. He only took undergraduate classes in the Wharton building, where one of his teachers described him as “the dumbest student I’ve ever had.”

BREAKING: Republican Donald Trump is hit with more devastating legal news as NBC News drops bombshell, reveals that “the Department of Homeland Security’s Inspector General has launched a CRIMINAL investigation into the circumstances surrounding the destruction of Secret Service text messages that may have been relevant to inquiries about the January 6 Capitol riot.”

But it gets even worse for Trump…

NBC continues, reporting that, “The results of the investigation could be referred to federal prosecutors”

The Department of Homeland Security’s Inspector General informed the Secret Service tonight that the investigation is now criminal — and that it should put a stop to all internal investigations on the missing text messages so that evidence can be preserved.

This is REALLY bad news for Trump. If the investigation finds that Trump ordered the Secret Service to delete their text messages from January 6, he is likely to face yet another criminal indictment.

Nick and I told Sophia that after 1 whole month of going poop on the potty, she could pick out a special prize at Target. She, of course, picked a new doll. The obsession is real.

While we were checking out, the cashier asked Sophia if she was going to a birthday party. We both gave her a blank stare. She then pointed to the doll and asked Sophia if she picked her out for a friend.

Sophia continued to stare blankly and I let the cashier know that she was a prize for Sophia being fully potty trained. The woman gave me a puzzled look and turned to Sophia and asked, “Are you sure this is the doll you want, honey?”

Sophia finally found her voice and said, “Yes, please!” The cashier replied, “But she doesn’t look like you. We have lots of other dolls that look more like you.”

I immediately became angry, but before I could say anything, Sophia responded with, “Yes, she does. She’s a doctor like I’m a doctor. And I’m a pretty girl and she’s a pretty girl. See her pretty hair? And see her stethoscope?” Thankfully the cashier decided to drop the issue and just answer, “Oh, that’s nice.”

This experience just confirmed my belief that we aren’t born with the idea that color matters. Skin comes in different colors just like hair and eyes and every shade is beautiful.

BREAKING: The Justice Department files an urgent motion to block Donald Trump from leaking any of the classified documents that will be released to his legal team as part of discovery process of his criminal case.

The request will be reviewed by Judge Bruce Reinhart and would allow the indicted ex-president to only ever view the 31 documents related to his case while in the presence of attorneys. It would also prevent him from retaining any copies and any notes taken on the documents will have to be "stored securely."

It cannot be stressed just how important this motion is. Knowing Donald Trump, it's completely plausible that he would leak top secret information in some deranged Truth Social post.

We know that he doesn't actually care about America's national security and is interested solely in saving his own skin. He might try to hurt the United States simply out of spite.
