@FNBSA how long does it take to close an account. I submitted a request via your chat service account was closed and you guys reactivated the account I don’t know for what good reason. I called again and they told me a request was submitted to date my account is still active.

@Rb__sa First request was logged in March the 21st. Second request 1st of April account was closed then all of a sudden reactivated. Yall even deducted bank charges ai shame. Logged another request last week the 21st of April went to branch they couldn’t help.
