The Business Registration Service Call Center answered over 1,500 calls during the first half of June 2026, maintaining an average answer rate exceeding 99% and reducing waiting times to approximately 2 minutes.

Our team continues to assist businesses with registrations, record updates, permits, approvals, and related services.
