@AttyStevenBrown @blesjm1 @rnlawgroup My H1, H4 and EAD extension premium cases reached USCIS on 24th Jan and this rule came into effect on 25th. My H1 extension already got approved. Do you think it’ll take same long time for h4 and EAD extensions? Will USCIS take into consideration?

@USAndMumbai @USAndIndia any chances you’ll will open up B1/B2 slots in mumbai this year? It’s been very challenging on many grounds. Part of my family has got slot September 2025. While it’s not an “urgent request”, it would help us a lot.

@USAndMumbai I just got married and my wife has H4 appointment date of February. Is there a way to request prior appointment date so she can travel back to the US with me? I don’t find slots for rescheduling and this doesn’t fall under criteria to request emergency appointment.

@BESTMumbai I’m not sure why the electricity bills are so high. My parents and neighbors clueless about this and tensed in India. I would be grateful if you could help. From 2000 to 20,000 is a big leap. Average can’t be that high Ma’am/Sir. 🙏🏻
