@TonHor ในระยะยาวเห็นด้วยครับ แต่ระยะสั้นถ้ามองในมุมจะเก็บภาษีเดี๋ยวนี้เลย ก็ต้องออกกฎหลวมๆแบบนี้ไปก่อน ซึ่งเป้าหลักที่จะเก็บภาษีก็น่าจะเป็นพวก บมจ. ที่ขุด/ลงทุนมากกว่าครับ
ถ้าผมเป็นสรรพากร อาจจะไม่แคร์รายย่อยมากในตอนนี้ ออกแนวเขียนเสือให้วัวกลัว เก็บได้ก็ดีเก็บไม่ได้ก็ค่อยปรับกฎไปเรื่อย
