Tài khoản này của user bị clear data - rollback tài khoản.
Mọi người chú ý như sau:
1. Trước đó tài khoản có 20062$ nhưng sau đó tài khoản chỉ còn 11981$.
2. Tài khoản không hết có lệnh trade futures - spot nào cả.
3. Tài khoản không hề có lệnh rút tiền trong 90d.

=> Vậy số tiền 8081$ đi đâu? Tại sao họ lại clear data/ rollback account

Please take note of the following:
- The account previously had $20,062, but after the rollback, it only had $11,981.
- The account had no futures or spot trading orders.
- There were no withdrawal transactions within the past 90 days.

➡️ So where did the missing $8,081 go? Why did they clear the data and roll back the account?

MEXC – IS THE EXCHANGE EXPLOITING “RISK CONTROL” POLICY TO SEIZE USERS’ ASSETS?

We are the VBC Vietnam group (@vbc_group), a community of over 6,000 members trading futures based on news and project valuation like: High FDV = Short, Low Marketcap = Long (a basic strategy).
We accept personal risk ourselves — if we're right, we profit; if we're wrong, we bear the loss.

MEXC offers futures contracts and encourages long/short trading, but when we trade based on market mechanisms, the exchange locked multiple accounts, deleted transaction history, and rolled back accounts without valid justification.

IS MEXC VIOLATING MARKET PRINCIPLES?

MEXC’s stated reason for locking user accounts: “Risk Control.” But we question that claim:
- Is long/short trading a violation? MEXC itself introduced futures for this activity.
- Is quick scalping wrong? This is a legitimate trading strategy on all exchanges.
- Suspecting fraud? They locked our accounts and reviewed transactions — so why did MEXC delete transaction history and roll back accounts instead of maintaining transparency?

MEXC’S DUBIOUS BEHAVIOR
- Locking accounts for 1 month / 180 days / 365 days without clear reasons.
- Deleting all user trading history — something no other exchange has done.
- Rolling back accounts despite transactions being fully valid.
If MEXC doesn’t want users to trade futures, why not simply stop the product?

WE FIRMLY STATE THAT WE DID NOT PARTICIPATE IN ANY MEXC PROMOTION EVENT. In fact, we contribute significant volume and liquidity to the platform.

IS MEXC EXPLOITING “RISK CONTROL” POLICY TO SEIZE USER ASSETS?

Comparing this with reputable exchanges:
- Bybit recently faced a $1.5 billion loss but handled it transparently while respecting users' trade history.
- Binance, OKX, Bybit, Gate, and Bitget have never arbitrarily deleted trade histories or rolled back accounts.
Yet, MEXC has done this, raising concerns that they may be exploiting control measures to confiscate user assets.

WE DEMAND THAT MEXC:
1. Publicly disclose the reason for account locks and provide clear evidence if fraud is suspected.
2. Restore users' transaction history — deleting transaction data is suspicious behavior and unacceptable.
3. Return users' balances and allow withdrawals before locking accounts.
4. Ensure transparency in risk management policies and refrain from rolling back valid transactions.

If MEXC continues to remain silent, our community has the right to escalate this matter.

Is trading futures a violation? If not, why is MEXC holding on to users’ assets?

If MEXC has nothing to hide, be transparent!

I want justice for our users.

WE DEMAND A CLEAR EXPLANATION FROM MEXC

P.S.: I will engage KOLs, multiple groups in Vietnam, and pay for Twitter campaigns until MEXC takes action for our community. It’s not just our community affected — many MEXC users have been, are being, or may soon be impacted!

MEXC – SÀN GIAO DỊCH ĐANG LỢI DỤNG “RISK CONTROL” ĐỂ CHIẾM ĐOẠT TÀI SẢN NGƯỜI DÙNG?

Chúng tôi là nhóm VBC Việt Nam @vbc_group, cộng đồng hơn 6.000 thành viên, chuyên giao dịch futures theo tin tức và định giá dự án.
• High FDV = Short, Low Marketcap = Long (mang tính tương đối).
• Chấp nhận rủi ro cá nhân, đúng thì có lời, sai thì tự chịu.

MEXC cung cấp hợp đồng futures, khuyến khích giao dịch long/short, nhưng khi chúng tôi giao dịch theo cơ chế thị trường, sàn lại khóa tài khoản hàng loạt, xóa lịch sử giao dịch và rollback tài khoản mà không có lý do chính đáng.

MEXC ĐANG VI PHẠM NGUYÊN TẮC THỊ TRƯỜNG?

Lý do MEXC đưa ra khi khóa tài khoản người dùng: “Risk Control”. Nhưng thực tế, chúng tôi đặt câu hỏi:
• Trade long/short là vi phạm? Chính MEXC mở futures để làm điều đó.
• Scalping nhanh là sai? Đây là phong cách giao dịch hợp pháp trên mọi sàn.
• Nghi ngờ gian lận? Họ đã khóa tài khoản chúng tôi và kiểm tra giao dịch. Tại sao xóa lịch sử giao dịch và rollback tài khoản thay vì công khai minh bạch?
•

HÀNH VI MỜ ÁM CỦA MEXC
• Khóa tài khoản 1 tháng / 180 ngày / 365 ngày không lý do rõ ràng.
• Xóa toàn bộ lịch sử giao dịch của người dùng – điều mà chưa sàn nào từng làm.
• Rollback tài khoản dù giao dịch hoàn toàn hợp lệ.

Nếu MEXC không muốn người dùng giao dịch futures, tại sao không delist sản phẩm này?

CHÚNG TÔI XIN KHẲNG ĐỊNH LẠI 1 LẦN NỮA CHÚNG TÔI KHÔNG THAM GIA 1 EVENT NÀO CỦA SÀN MEXC. CHÚNG TÔI CÒN CUNG CẤP VOLUME LỚN VÀ THANH KHOẢN CHO SÀN.

MEXC CÓ ĐANG LỢI DỤNG CHÍNH SÁCH “RISK CONTROL” ĐỂ CHIẾM ĐOẠT TÀI SẢN?

So sánh với các sàn giao dịch uy tín:
• Bybit từng mất 1.5 tỷ đô, nhưng họ vẫn xử lý minh bạch và tôn trọng lịch sử giao dịch của người dùng.
• Binance, OKX, Bybit, Gate , Bitget chưa từng xóa lịch sử giao dịch hoặc rollback tài khoản một cách tùy tiện.

Nhưng MEXC lại làm điều này, đặt ra nghi vấn phải chăng họ đang lợi dụng quyền kiểm soát để chiếm đoạt tài sản của người dùng?

Chúng tôi yêu cầu MEXC:
1. Công khai lý do khóa tài khoản, cung cấp bằng chứng rõ ràng nếu có nghi ngờ gian lận.
2. Khôi phục lịch sử giao dịch của người dùng – vì xóa dữ liệu giao dịch là hành vi mờ ám.
3. Trả lại số dư và cho phép rút tiền trước khi khóa tài khoản.
4. Minh bạch chính sách quản lý rủi ro, không rollback giao dịch hợp lệ.

Nếu MEXC tiếp tục giữ thái độ im lặng, cộng đồng có quyền xem xét tố cáo hành vi này.

Trade futures có vi phạm quy tắc không? Nếu không, tại sao MEXC lại chiếm giữ tài sản người dùng?

Nếu MEXC không có gì để che giấu, hãy minh bạch!

Tôi muốn đòi lại công bằng cho những người dùng của chúng tôi.
