The modern social-media "alpha" is a bit of a caricature of strength, whereas the classic gentleman represents proper strength: disciplined power, emotional intelligence, and unwavering respect. Think someone like Federer, Paul Newman, or George Clooney, if you like.

Being a gentleman is about being gentle, not weak like some people mistake it for. It’s a man who’s got strength under control, powerful and capable but chooses to stay calm, measured, and respectful. A gentleman’s someone you can rely on, who always keeps his word.

Being a gentleman has nothing to do with this "alpha male" persona, that aggressive, domineering, and often confrontational type pushed in some online circles. True strength is not in posturing or intimidation, but in how one carries himself quietly and with steadiness.

Norwegian trains have amazing Wi-Fi, spotless cabins, and super comfy seats… and cheap fares (~£3 to the airport) What more could you want? London trains serve way more people, but come on, their Wi-Fi is practically nonexistent. Upgrade please.

Had about 10 interviews over the past couple weeks. For round 2, I asked candidates to come in person; wanted to meet face to face. Some asked to reschedule or do Teams because of holidays. Ended up offering the first contract on the spot to the one who flew 12 hrs to be here.
