Adv Andrea Johnson confirmed today that the case does not relate to corruption.

She says she will provide further answers when she returns to the Madlanga Commission tomorrow.

If it is established that IDAC acted outside its mandate, it could have significant implications for the case, including the viability of the charges. This could result in the charges being withdrawn.
