We have thoroughly reviewed our records and can confirm that DEKRA has no record of testing the vehicle in question. According to our system, the last inspection conducted for Primo Exclusive Auto was in August 2024, and we therefore have no involvement with the specific vehicle referred to in this complaint.

It is unclear why this matter has been directed to DEKRA.

Furthermore, we wish to clarify that a roadworthy inspection is conducted solely to determine the roadworthiness and safety compliance of a vehicle in accordance with the National Road Traffic Act. It does not include the verification or validation of vehicle mileage.

We therefore cannot accept any responsibility or association with the alleged mileage concern raised.
