well actually, right now, the top 10% of wealth pays like 90% of the taxes (I don't know the exact numbers)

but regardless of that, the money will come from increasing the economy by like 100x with robots. all the products will be cheaper because there will be a huge 'supply' so the price will drop to equal the demand. so the government will be receiving income from tax on everything that is sold (as it does now), the rich will still be paying ~90% of the taxes, and all products will be really cheap, so a 'universal high income' could be like $1000 a month or something, that might be more than enough (not sure)
