Wondering how blind (or visually impaired) people play cricket? Here's a short explanation:

1. Both teams have the same number of players as regular teams (11 on each side).

2. Players are classified into three categories based on their level of visual impairment:
- B1: Totally blind
- B2: Partially sighted
- B3: Partially sighted with better vision than B2(highest level of partial sight allowed).

Team Composition - Teams have 11 players total
->4 players must be B1 (totally blind)
->3 players must be B2 (partially blind)
->4 players must be B3 (partially sighted)

This classification system helps ensure fair competition by grouping players with similar levels of visual impairment

3. When a totally blind player is bowling, they wait for the wicketkeeper (the player standing behind the batsman/striker) to give an audio signal by saying "here-here-here." The blind bowler then throws the ball in the direction of the sound.

4. If a totally blind player (B1) scores 1 run, it is counted as 2 runs.

5. Each team plays for 20 overs. 1 over has 6 throws, so every team get a chance of max 120 strikes. It takes around 90min for one side to complete batting.

Tomorrow I will be talking about @_buildspace S5 at one of the community meets at Santa Clara University. I will focus on the people I met, the crazy ideas I saw, and most importantly, what inspires 30K people all around the world to keep moving ahead with their ideas, big or small. The title is "No matter what, let's keep moving🚀..."

We are a small group that meets every week (Friday 6PM PST) to work on our communication skills. I personally know most of my community members are trying to do something meaningful in their lives. I hope this will inspire them too. I will do my best.
