I'm totally with the cop here. Mumbai night life is safe because of responsible patrolling of cops. No one has any business sitting on footpath at night 1.30 am. If you have a work of cabbie sit in your vehicle. Street urchin are menace. We also use to hangout once in a while for a late at night along Marine drive, but would listen to cop respectfully when we lost the track of time.
