@firstforwomen this is my last resort as I have called the call center multiple times, put on hold for half an hour each time, only to be told my agent will call back which still has not happened. I would like to follow up on a claim I made 9 Jan. When will I get a response?
@Tumi2418@vumatel@Notthevince Couldn't agree more. It took me calling, emailing, and whatsapping to understand what is happening. There has been no internet for a week, and it will only he restored on the 7th according to the information I was eventually able to receive.
@vumatel kanti okes? We haven't had internet connectivity for a week now.. kindly provide an ETA on resolution on the outage in Roodepoort. Having to buy data onto of paying for uncapped Fibre is really not it. @Afrihost
@TelkomZA device insurance never fails to disappoint! I canceled my insurance policy (purely because of the bad service with telkom insurance and received proof of cancelation from Adminplus but continue to be debited and no one seemingly knows how to handle this.
