Sounds like we are having the same problem. I’ve tried it on web aswell as the IOS app and it’s the same, so it’s definitely a server-side or backend issue and nothing to do with IOS.

If it helps, workaround I’ve learnt is if you establish a fresh conversation thread with ‘auto’ or ‘fast’ then the memory file is brought in, you can then switch to ‘Expert’ or ‘Heavy’ and the model then has full access to memory.

Yeah it’s quite workflow breaking… wouldn’t blame you for finding alternatives. Just amazed nobody is talking about it, I thought it was just a me issue until I found this post, thanks for speaking up! 💪
