I feel like each day is slipping from my hand before I'm able to make something of it.
I dont know where the days are running to man.
And I'm always tired.
If Lindsay Clancy is found innocent because hormones made her emotionally unstable, women better be very careful celebrating that verdict.
Because the law loves PRECEDENT.
From that day forward, every job application is going to have a new question:
“Are you currently hormonal?”
“Well, I’m a woman.”
“Thank you. I think we’ll be going in another direction.”
You can’t carry a weapon anymore. No female police officers. Sorry, but we cannot hand a loaded gun to somebody whose legal defense might eventually be, “My hormones were acting up.”
No more high-stress jobs, either. No air-traffic controllers. No surgeons. No nuclear-launch codes. One bad hot flash and boom 💥 Canada is glowing.
And women definitely can’t be judges. How can you decide whether somebody else is emotionally stable when your own gender just established in court that hormones can make you kill three people?
No female politicians, either. You can’t be trusted to run the country if, according to your own argument, your endocrine system occasionally takes over the government.
And custody hearings are going to change overnight.
The judge will say, “Ordinarily, children belong with their mother. However, according to the Lindsay Clancy precedent, she may be only one hormone away from a Netflix documentary. The children go with Dad.”
Dad doesn’t know their shoe sizes, the pediatrician’s name or which one is allergic to peanuts, but his testosterone has never been successfully used as an insanity defense.
Feminists spent a hundred years saying women are not hysterical, irrational creatures controlled by their biology and one defense attorney walks into court and says, “Ladies and gentlemen of the jury… have you considered the uterus?”
You cannot demand equal authority and then ask for discounted accountability.
If women want equal rights, great. But equal rights come with equal wrongs.
Otherwise, that glass ceiling is about to become a padded ceiling.
There’s a phase you get to in life life,
all those hymns you sang in your childhood as mere songs , starts making total sense
Because what a friend we really have in Jesus ?
For the second time, guys.
If you live in Nigeria and have no financial strength to relocate anytime soon, treat the 2027 election as a priority. See it like your life depends on it, because in actual sense, it does.
Listen to me: Tinubu will be ruthless with policies if he wins again. The economic frustrations will push many to the edge of suicide. Nobody will come to your rescue.
After 2027, Tinubu, Akpabio, and most governors will be done. No more elections. They will definitely have nothing to lose.
They’ll retire comfortably in their mansions scattered across the US, Canada, UK, and Europe… while regret becomes your daily meal.
Be smart with your vote in 2027.
Your votes actually count.
Parts of it gets rigged, but it counts. If it doesn't, politicians won't invest hundreds of millions in vote buying. Rigging is mathematically limited, and if the gap is huge enough, you can't close it.

Follow up on my experience as a Keke rider;
After my last post, many people messaged me saying,
“Ahh, we didn’t even know it was this deep.”
But honestly… I still didn’t finish talking.
Let me expose another side 👇🏽
STICKERS.
In this job, you don’t just drive…
You survive by stickers.
In Lagos State, you must buy:
• Local Government sticker
• State sticker
• Zone sticker
• Plus 2–3 others depending on your park chairman’s “decision”
Each one? Minimum ₦2,000 and above
And it doesn’t end there.
Last year, they introduced another one:
₦10,000 sticker
₦2,000 registration
Compulsory membership ID
If you don’t have it?
NURTW taskforce will stop you.
You’ll pay ₦10,000… and still won’t be given the sticker.
Another one catches you again?
You pay again.
Until you finally “comply.”
Tell me… is that business or punishment?
—
Now come to Ogun State…
It’s even another level.
You have 3 different unions:
• TORAN (Tricycle Owners & Riders Association of Nigeria)
• TWORA (Three Wheeled Owners Riders Association)
• ROTO (Riders and Owners of Tricycles and Trikes of Ogun State)
Each one has its own taskforce.
Each one has its own sticker.
Each one must be settled.
Then add:
• Hackney Permit (state own)
Each sticker? ₦2,500+
And if you don’t buy early in January?
Price jumps to ₦5k – ₦7k per sticker
Same sticker. Different price. No explanation.
—
Let me shock you more:
A ticket that clearly says ₦200…
You’ll end up paying ₦1,000+
No receipt. No accountability.
Just pressure.
—
Some junctions in Ogun?
Police will stand there like toll gate.
You pass → you pay
They give you number
That number now becomes your “evidence” that you’ve paid.
Miss that point?
Another officer will collect again.
—
And people still say:
“Just work hard.”
—
Let me add what many transporters face daily (not just me):
• Harassment and intimidation by taskforces and unions
• Multiple illegal levies and duplicate tickets everywhere
• Union extortion without real support when accidents happen
• Rival unions fighting and forcing riders to pay different groups
• Violence, threats, and clashes within the system itself
So it’s not just “your area”…
It’s a nationwide problem.
—
Now the painful truth:
Many of these people doing this…
Are backed by power.
Which is why it continues.
—
But what can we do?
We cannot keep quiet forever.
Here are realistic steps I would advice if possible though not realistic:
1. Document everything Record, take pictures, keep evidence. Silence is what keeps this system alive.
2. Push for single-ticket system One verified daily payment.
Not 10 different collections.
3. Digital receipts If payment is real, it should be traceable.
4. Government accountability If unions are working with government,
then government must regulate them.
5. Driver unity The biggest truth:
Division is their strongest weapon.
6. Public awareness Passengers need to understand why transport costs are rising.
—
Because at this point…
This is no longer “transport work.”
It’s survival inside a system designed to drain you.
—
I’m not writing this for pity.
I’m writing this so people understand:
When you see a keke rider on the road…
You’re not just seeing a driver.
You’re seeing someone battling:
The system
The unions
The road
And life itself
All at once.
—
Respect the hustle.
It’s deeper than you think.
Met someone like this recently and it left me genuinely unsettled. Her parents are Muslims but her grandma was a Christian who raised her mom as one. Her mom later converted to Islam.
She doesn’t firmly identify with either religion right now cos her mom told her to wait and see who she marries and basically align with him. She is perfectly willing to marry either a Christian or a Muslim.
The first thing that crossed my mind was, you genuinely do not understand what either religion is actually claiming. Cos if you did, how could you delegate the destiny of your own soul to a marriage prospect?
This is also why I no longer do the kumbaya “we all worship the same God” performance. I have Muslim friends and colleagues. I can sit with you, eat with you, genuinely enjoy your company, and still tell you plainly that I do not believe in the substance of what you are doing, that I think it is completely baseless and remarkably flawed.
I have always maintained that friendship and sharp disagreement are not mutually exclusive. Sports, religion, I will tell you directly. The exceptions for me are human rights and politics. Not this.
Christianity makes a claim that cannot be softened, Jesus is God. Not a prophet. Not a moral teacher. God. And He is the only path to salvation and eternal life. If that claim is true, Islam is not an alternative road to the same destination. It is a fabrication from the pit of hell.
Paul did not mince words; “even if an angel brings another gospel, let them be accursed.” Under Christianity, Islam is accursed. The being that appeared to Mohammed was not Gabriel. It was a demon, which is precisely what Mohammed himself believed in that cave before Khadijah talked him out of it.
You cannot sit with that honestly and remain passive. It is not an option.
Floating between the two is a serious sign of existential unseriousness. I will respect the committed Muslim far more than the one swimming with the tides, cos at least the committed Muslim has grasped that the stakes are real.
And tbh there is a weight to this. Accepting Jesus as Lord can mean confronting what that implies about your late Muslim grandmother or cousin, or best friend. That is not a small thing. But that weight is not an excuse to commit to nothing. You never find peace with that. You just find a softer way to dodge the question. Lukewarm is not neutral, far from it. It is a answer in and of itself. And frankly imo it is the worst one.
