In July 2015, 16-year-old Prakash Bilhore was riding on the back of a motorcycle with his cousin in Mumbai. Tragically, they struck a massive pothole filled with water, causing both of them to be thrown into the air.
Prakash, who wasnтАЩt wearing a helmet, suffered fatal brain damage. His cousin, who was wearing a helmet, walked away with minor injuries.
To cope with his grief, Prakash's heartbroken father, Dadarao, decided to take action regarding Mumbai's notoriously poor roads.
Using sand and gravel collected from building sites, Dadarao filled in almost 600 potholes across Mumbai in the years following his sonтАЩs passing.
When asked why he does this, Dadarao said: тАЬPrakashтАЩs sudden death left a huge void in our lives. I do this work to remember and honour him.тАЭ

Owner of Wagh Bakri Tea, a 2000 crores brand with business in 60 countries, died yesterday due to a fall he suffered after a pack of street dogs attacked him.
India has the largest population of street dogs in the world, the highest number of deaths related to street dog incidents, and the highest number of rabies cases. This problem continues to grow.
We urgently need a national program for mass vaccination and sterilization of street dogs; otherwise, the situation will deteriorate. But, it seems unlikely that it'll be taken seriously unless a minister or senior judge falls victim to street dog incidents.
We all witnessed the events that unfolded in Israel. The way they treated women and children, the desecration, spitting, and the humiIiation of the deceased.
Everything is visible for the world to see, yet there are persistent and unapologetic efforts to whitewash them. If this can happen in the era of social media, one can only imagine what occurred in the pre-social media era.
Even more horrifying atrocities took place during events like Direct Action Day 1946, the Moplah 1921, and the Kashmiri Hindus exhodus 1990, all of which were whitewashed right in front of our eyes. There was no proper documentation, no thorough investigation, and no accountability. Instead, we got manipulated stories shifting the blame onto the victims, making them appear responsible for their own fate.
Pale Blue Dot is a photo of Earth that was taken by the Voyager 1 space probe in 1990 from a distance of about 6 billion kilometers (3.7 billion miles) as it was leaving our solar system. This is what Carl Sagan said about the photo:
"Look again at that dot. That's here. That's home. That's us. On it, everyone you love, everyone you know, everyone you ever heard of, every human being who ever was, lived out their lives. The aggregate of our joy and suffering, thousands of confident religions, ideologies, and economic doctrines, every hunter and forager, every hero and coward, every creator and destroyer of civilization, every king and peasant, every young couple in love, every mother and father, hopeful child, inventor, and explorer, every teacher of morals, every corrupt politician, every 'superstar,' every 'supreme leader,' every saint and sinner in the history of our species lived there тАФ on a mote of dust suspended in a sunbeam.
The Earth is the only world known so far to harbor life. There is nowhere else, at least in the near future, to which our species could migrate. Visit, yes. Settle, not yet. Like it or not, for the moment the Earth is where we make our stand. It has been said that astronomy is a humbling and character-building experience. There is perhaps no better demonstration of the folly of human conceits than this distant image of our tiny world. To me, it underscores our responsibility to deal more kindly with one another, and to preserve and cherish the pale blue dot, the only home we've ever known.тАЭ
IMPORTANT, Especially for Parents:
The case of Shahbaz is profoundly distressing. The child was bitten by a neighbor's dog a month ago but kept it a secret. He applied haldi to the wound, and within a few weeks, he began exhibiting symptoms of rabies, including a fear of water and light. Sadly, he succumbed to the illness in his parents' arms. Imagine the agony of parents helplessly watching their child go through this.
Rabies has no cure. No patient recovers. It has a 100% mortality rate. That's why you should do everything you can to prevent dog bites, especially when it comes to children. Here's what you can do:
1. Believe that it can happen to you and your family. Complacency often arises from ignorance.
2. Raise the issue with pet owners during your society meetings. Discuss it openly. Ensure that every pet is vaccinated. Mere assurance that the pet is vaccinated is not enough. In Shahbaz's case, neighbors also claimed that the pet was vaccinated. Make sure a copy of the pet's vaccination certificate is submitted with the society.
3. Segregate kids and pets in play areas, both by time and by space.
4. Advocate for strict leash laws in common areas.
5. Educate your kids. Inform them about the risks and emphasize that they shouldn't hide any contact with dogs from you.
6. If there are stray dogs in your colony, ensure that pet lovers in your society take responsibility for their vaccination and other needs.
7. If there is a problematic dog in or around your area, follow local procedures for addressing the issue. Don't fear the NGOs, dog lovers, etc. Always voice your concerns. Nothing is more important than the lives of your children.
8. Despite your best efforts, if a dog bite occurs, always consult a doctor in person, even if it's just a lick or minor scratch, even if the dog is confirmed vaccinated. One visit is a must. This applies to cat or monkey bites as well.
The policy thing made him crazy and he started using very foul language .
He denied any policy and was ready to quit his job instantly but not deliver at doorstep.
He made quite a scene out there.
I don't know how to describe!I
