@RogersHistory You don't have freedom&flexibility after children. I was definitely more empathetic. Understood learning&dev of children from birth which helped contextualise. Also can empathise with the difficulties parents experience. But have worked with excellent teachers who never had kids.

@blondebonce I just bought my son's back to life & kept mine fully alive for the longest time ever! They are the most dramatic of plants but really hardy. I water when they start to wilt & properly soak the soil. Probably once a week so it's so easy for the classroom! Not in direct sunlight!

@Effie_D Originally got for standing pitch side in horrible conditions. Fleece lined is cosy and keeps dry without need of an umbrella to blow away/get in other people's way. When really cold can fit lots of layers under and hot water bottle so stay toasty and comfy!
