I placed a order via Magic Pin & its been more than 1.5hrs I have not received my order. When I contacted the Rapido assigned rider he mentioned that the store said there is no order. What kind of pathetic service is this. I will be taking this to court

@letsblinkit I placed an order yesterday for a icecream cake which came damaged & entirely melted. Raised complaint twice immediately and was told replacement will be sent which I never received. Today on complaining was informed I cant get a refund.
