The Florida Alimony Reform Bill SB1416 that @GovRonDeSantis signed passed the FL Senate 34-6 and the FL House 102-12 with plenty of Democrat support.

This is a good bill for all Floridians. And it aligns us with 43 other states.

Alimony, specifically the ‘permanent’ Aka lifetime version, which is removed going forward, is a ridiculous relic from half century ago that remains only in 6 states (not fl post 7/1/23) it’s indentured servitude

And it's not retroactive.
