While I couldn’t be more proud of what my team accomplished this season, I found myself repeatedly falling short of goals I knew I could reach. Finally got out of my own head this week- 9:35 3200m (30s PR), 15:55 5K (38s PR, 84s total this season). Ready to get back on the track!
