Kindly looking at this matter. 100s of people like me are suffering from the fraud that are being carried out by goibibo where customer's money is not being refunded.

Indigo has made a full refund and I've confirmed with the airline but partial refund is processed from your end. Please check and verify.
I've made several tweets but no reply from your end.

@consumerforum_ Goibibo is not refunding full amount for a cancelled flight for which full refund was made by the airline. Even after making, several requests, they are not responding nor providing any mode of communication.
Please help!
