@MarriottBonvoy I had a confirmed reservation at Four Points Sheraton in Lagos last night. Hotel overbooked and I must sit and wait for a taxi. No apology. Staff were rude and disinterested - will be advising our travel agent to no longer use any Marriott hotels if this is how they operate.
