Remember, there are two parts to an OSCE. 1. The clinical knowledge behind everything you do and portraying it in a structured environment. 2. Passing an OSCE and the specific set of skills of being able to pass the clinical situation in an unrealistic way to tick all the boxes!

Food for thought. Emergency care assistants/healthcare assistants on ambulances or in hospital get £10.47 an hour. Entry salary at Aldi is £10.50 an hour. And yet somehow it takes a cross government committee to work out why the NHS has a recruitment and retention crisis?
