@RyzenT7 Maybe shift eating pattern? As opposed to 8/2/8 vibe, go like 12/6/12? Times of day that is, treat lunch as breakfast, dinner as lunch, dinner as breakfast? I don’t have many more ideas for you really, but if you’re struggling eating in the morning, slam all breakfast at night?
