it is a privilege to be apolitical. there are sm intrinsic issues in this fandom (misogyny, racism, etc.), let alone the fact most of us face queerphobia, and what? we ignore it bc we awe siwwy puppies? 🥺 (also "apolitical" ppl always end up having very right-wing views..)

@Nathan_The_Wolf It’s probably not too low but what you need to maintain your current muscle rather than grow it 😄 you’re defo right about your diet, it is hard to manage and i think the whole tracking macros can be so overwhelming 😅
@Nathan_The_Wolf oooh i would definitely bump that up, rn im 85kg but i try to hit 150g protein per day 😅 you would probably want to get up to 100-120g i think
@Nathan_The_Wolf around 0.5 to 0.75 of your body weight (lbs) in protein. The only other thing I can think of is starting creatine, it aids with muscle growth and helps with storing water in your muscles which will make them look bigger/fuller
@Nathan_The_Wolf Ah okay! i guesstimate too but the only thing i try to track is my protein! i am not trying to cut fat at the moment though. Cutting on the chips is definitely a good idea, although you could swap to a lentil chip to increase your fibre intake! with protein you want to eat
