[عُرُوْقُ الْعِلْم @RootsOfKnowldge]

A student said to his sheikh:

"كم نعصي الله ولا يعاقبنا"
"How much we disobey Allah ta'ala, and He doesn't punish us!"

The sheikh replied:
"وكم يعاقبك الله وأنت تدري"
"And how many times He punishes you whilst you do not realise!"
