I have compiled a new Map based on the IHDS-2 Data. The Results are quite different. The method the IHDS survey used was to ask married women whether their husband is of the same caste. Around 40,000+ Married Women were asked this question.

If I want that technology I can ask for ToT, once signed can be publicly validated.
No ISRO S series SRMs is similar to Skyroot Kalam SRMs.
SpaceX also doesn’t file any patents. But Agnikul- their closest Indian version does.

Skyroot has not signed a ToT with ISRO which has public patents related to their SRMs.

Early SpaceX engineers literally received direct tech transfer and assistance from NASA for their Falcon 1. Without Institutional support you cannot build hardware of this level.
