Writing down your wildest dreams is an interesting exercise.
Not stretch goals - I’m talking something that’s a *dream*. The very act of putting smthg in that category has to come with the acceptance that it may never happen… and you’re okay with that. Takes guts.

A fun tip I thought of to trigger the Proust effect for yourself - every time you switch apartments, change a scent - your soap or cologne.
It’s fascinating how strong that recollection can be when you find that scent in the wild a couple years down the line.
