@AmandaBernardo I think there is also a strategic advantage to saying No sometimes. I sometimes forget that lesson. It was taught to me by a client 20 years ago and still resonates.
@ac13alex I just have to say, I just love the fact that you always 100% have your players’ backs and are willing to get tossed from a game to back them up. That’s #leadership compadre. Proud of you for that. 🙏🏽
@worldofabe I also shut down my computer and start it back up if I’m going to be doing personal work. I think the trick is creating that mental shift from one role to another with whatever allows you to do that.
@worldofabe I totally get it. I have created that liminal space (betwixt and between) by doing the walk around the block (sometimes longer) and by ritualizing other things like: getting dressed, making my bed, and avoiding workspace outside work hours.
@J_Motoki I think it’s heart. The first 3 are 2 syllables and the next two are one syllable. Heart is the only one on the list that is one syllable. 🤷🏻♂️
#Design thought experiment: if you had to design an uppercase and lowercase set of numbers from 0 to 1, how would you go about it? It's about the thought process as much as it is about the end result.
