@TheDaraCampbell @TobiasBFF3 Partnerships. I honestly don't understand these days why projects are partnering without a long term vision and collaboration for each partner. It's like they're collecting names to add to their website. π
@TobiasBFF3 Despite this being locally made from an island next to where I live, it was always viewed by people I know from the US as a premium export brand. They did well and any product or project for that matter will benefit from these takes. π
@cagyjan1 Harvest Moon was the first game of this genre that I loved in GBC and the original Playstation so it wasn't difficult to like Stardew Valley when it came out. Glad to see Pixels keeping this vibe alive.
If you're a founder, you have to ask yourself constantly if your product is solving a problem or meeting a need. If it's just a cool idea or a solution to a non-existent problem, then you're in for a rough ride.
Remarkable video from El Salvador.

@TQ_Games π―! Lots of good creators get left behind for those with more numbers but they don't put out authentic material. These days everything's flooded with bots. Easy to spot low quality projects at least.
@TeammateTyler11@joejosue Agreed. Most games are just so bad you only milk them for profits. I'm not ashamed to say I was one of those who milked CryptoBlades. π€£ When the cash cow dried up, we all moved to the next.
Another reason I believe is due to initial promises not being delivered or removed.
@joejosue IIRC this was the thesis about 2 years ago and I still believe in it. Was kinda shocked when I returned and saw Twitter filled with slimy engagement farming methods and bots to farm them.
