@ThrillaRilla369 Any day of the week, and I’ll take it one step further: I don’t particularly care if I’m in there and a man comes in for that purpose. It’s not as though I’d be using the restroom somewhere he’d see anything private.
He's narrated a few audiobooks! One of them is called Takedown (Rick Cowan, Douglas Century). He contributed his voice to a book of short stories called Brief Interviews with Hideous Men (lots of other good voices on that one, too). True Justice by Robert K Tanenbaum. Afaik, hasn't done any recently, but that voice...!
@PatienceL20597 Thank you for the offer! But I already have a very, very good beta reader...he just doesn't have anything to work with until I have time to finish the writing! 🤦🏻♀️
Y'all...if I could even TELL you how chaotic life has been. Not bad, just chaotic. Like lastdayofteachingever, youngestchildgraduating, twograduateapplications, eldercareforgrandma, and OHYEAHNOWWEREMOVINGSTATES (withthreeweeksnotice).
I know I keep promising the new chapter is coming soon. And I HAVE been working on that and another Come to Me fic...but y'all...
*sighs in exhausted, chaotic, brain-racing, perimenopausal woman*
The Rich Text Editor in AO3 does that annoying spacing automatically if the author is one who uses space to divide paragraphs (called open paragraphs or block paragraphs in publishing). To fix it, the author has to manually remove space between each paragraph, which takes a lot of time.
However, if an author uses first-line indents to divide their paragraphs in their original documents, the AO3 Rich Text Editor will automatically convert the text to open-paragraph format with appropriate spacing between.
Passion and purpose are not the same thing. Passion brings you joy. Purpose brings you meaning. Passion gets you out of bed in the morning, but purpose allows you to sleep at night.

They were fined. And none of them attempted not to pay that fine, and I certainly didn’t see large-scale Democrat outrage over those fines. They were punished reasonably for their absence during a special session. The problem is that many Repubs want to respond to anything a Dem does by demanding removal from their elected seats (I wonder why?) and yet defend to the grave everything Repub politicians do even when it’s a blatant violation of the Constitution and/or other codified laws.
It has nothing to do with what you think they did. It has to do with which side of the aisle they’re on.
lol. So I just had a moment of frank curiosity why you thought it was worth your time to add this message to a fun little post. So I clicked you and…just wow.
Don’t feel the need to defend Chris Meloni here. His career speaks for itself.
Just seems like hate is the only thing that gives you joy. Not even mad, bro. Just sorry for you.
@CaCDwrites There are things the petty part of me wants to say about all this (read: the maker of the list and all her recent drama-mongering)…and there are things I want to do that are also petty. But…
@earlsofrisk@AstroTiff6313 I’m really struggling trying to figure that out. I haven’t been in this space for long, so maybe I’m missing something? It’s just always seemed that what we do here is support each other…the fics, the wild fandom takes, the grief…
Did I get it wrong?
