Some other ideas for Challenges would be ones that require 3 Units to be captured, a Legion one that requires you to have played a card already to capture it, one that requires 4 or more cards in hand to capture, one that can’t be captured by Mighty units, etc.

Okay, getting this out before Unleashed preview season for Riftbound begins, but I bet that the Baron Nashor tease is for a new Battlefield type called Challenges. These would be made to slow the game down so slower decks have a chance. Here’s what one of those might look like:

I feel like these would be a pretty logical extension of battlefields like Forgotten Monument and Aspirants Climb. Importantly, the challenge effect would not be active while any player controls the battlefield, so once it’s occupied, it’s “easier” to capture.

There’s even a chance they might give it a special border treatment, like how spells, units and gear each have different borders, though it may be as simple as making it red like this:
