@Shimoji___ @AmandaSparks19 I’m like Amanda I always keep a pack stocked. I make some adjustments before change of season/temps. For fun I made an “outside is for everyone” kit with stuff only purchased from dollar tree Walmart etc (low cost). Nothing high price/specialty.

@Shimoji___ @AmandaSparks19 Electrolyte packets like drip drop or liquid IV have been lifesavers. Good breaks with liquids and food as fuel. And pre hike prep (intake water. Be hydrated to start. Good meal etc).
