@EndChildPoverty @josephhowes @trussliz Child poverty is at 47.4% in Luton North and 47.5% in Luton South - this equates to over 24,000 children living every day with poverty. Nearly 1.5 times the capacity of Luton FCs stadium (that's just counting the children). Come and speak to the children needing our support.

@MPIainDS @EndChildPoverty @RidgeOnSunday It is expensive to be in poverty - cannot buy in bulk, basic costs like electricity have to be paid upfront (unlike those on normal meters who effetively get credit), I could go on. Its called the poverty trap for good reason. It is so hard to lift oneself up and out.
