@paolini And according to handwriting analysis, it was written by one person. A work like this would have usually been one person's life's work and you could see how as they age their handwriting changes and degrades, but not with the Devil's Bible. The handwriting remains consistent.

@paolini You should look up the story about how it was written. The author was a monk who was convicted of breaking is vows. He offered to write a book with all human knowledge in one night to avoid being executed. Supposedly he sold his soul to the devil to be able to finish it.

@paolini That's why it's also called the Devil's Bible. It has a massive full page illustration of the devil in the middle, and contains the Bible in Latin, information on medieval medicine and a few other ancient works.

@JoannaBlackhart @tha_rami I personally thought the use of AI in the intro was very thematic. Since the rise of AI imaging there's been a deepening the divide between truth and reality. In the series the Skrulls do this with their natural abilities.
