6/ I sent a formal demand letter certified mail to Discord's legal address (444 De Haro St)with full documentation. Deadline was today. Account deletion: June 27.First server I ever made. Communities I built. A customer base. All set to vanish because no human will read the file.

Hey @discord_support @discord , why is your support team ignoring a verified police request in the @KodexGlobal portal? Case DISC-52574 / LSPD25-05844 proves my account was stolen, yet you're still sending me bot replies. Fix it. I have waited 10 months please give me justice

It's because of the nature of what the suspect posted I understand that, but not giving me anything was almost defeating at points getting run back and forth from the bots while you are just trying to gather evidence did not feel good. I think i waited long enough with patience

The ip logs show that my account was being billed from Slovenia Norway and Rio De Janerio and the mentioned Regiane Martins De Souza is the individual who did this I would like my account back now that my innocence has been cleared Discord I've gotten zero replies from anyone

I will NOT stop until justice is served, my money is returned, and my name is cleared. If @Discord deletes my history or @Chime denies my claim despite this physical proof, I will seek full compensation from the negligent parties for a year of work and damages.

The cost isn't just financial—though the extortion was significant. It’s a year of labor, technical forensic work, and the extreme stress and anxiety of fighting for my identity while dealing with ongoing life pain points. My 8-year @Discord account is now on a deletion timer.

I didn't stop. I recovered the evilsouls-reconnect.bat persistence malware and the token-harvesting logs the intruder tried to wipe. I have officially handed this physical forensic evidence to the Lee’s Summit Police Department today. @discord_support @discord
