@FatigueMe92484 Supplements like inositol which acts on the serotonergic pathways. And if histamine is released in conjunction from these mast cells, its just one cascade of dampening effects on these neurotransmitters.....brain fog, migraines, allergies etc

@FatigueMe92484 I presume there's more than one pathway involved then and so different people will have different aetiology. Since mast cells can store serotonin and dopamine, a subset probably respond well to the dopaminergic drugs like lithium and the other subset do better with....
