@MichalakisCon Agree, and we've seen it here in Queensland when borders were open to NSW/Vic (eg Christmas 2020) but we have also seen businesses close already and it's nowhere near as bad as Sydney or Melb. Expect similar things when intll borders open too, driven moreso by immigration...
