Being shown the opposite of what you want, or that which is almost right but also not quite it, is not necessarily a bad thing, for life is rarely binary. You'll find that, at times, it is there to teach you what soft-spoken resistance, contraction, and friction feel like, what the somatic signature of diluted misalignment can be.
It is all in service of honing and refining your discernment, as its development is never through receptivity to synergetic resonance alone, for contrast too is a wise teacher fluent in silhouettes, a complementary epistemic instrument, it traces the curves, hollows, and edges of what resonance itself cannot reveal.
Life is fucking electric bro. Don’t fall for the doomer shit. Thats for losers and normies scared of their own shadows. Walk around like God sent you and smile at everyone you see. Spread light and abundance. Build things and take chances. This is the best time in history!
never allow yourself to fall for the idea that YOU do not possess the ability to bend the world to your will. no matter the situation you find yourself in, never underestimate how much power you have. society pushes us to think we are just another cog in the wheel. it's a big lie
If you aren’t entering your 30s set up to make it physically your best decade it’s not too late to start. Don’t fall for this doomer shit. I’m in the best shape of my life right now and only plan on getting better. Didn’t even start taking shit seriously til 28 after being in severe back pain throughout my 20s. Basically just partied a bunch. Thinking I peak around 55 maybe. Long runway. Lots of room to grow.
I deeply resonate with and respect Richard's work. Many males have thought about taking their own lives, and the rates are disproportionately high, especially in younger men. My long-time readers know why this is of importance to me.
Like Richard said, it is not a zero-sum game. We do not have to uplift one gender by decimating the other - however, to do so requires compassion and the willingness to learn. We are fundamentally different because we are complementary, in the best of ways.
Mainstream society tends to reduce constructs into their most reductive binary forms because doing so incites attention and controversy, perfect for performative clout-chasers with TikTok brain. It reduces souls into shallow archetypes - which is incredibly insulting and spiritually decaying. Often those doing phenomenal work in this area have integrity, humility, and possess immense empathy - thus, their energy is much more understated and peaceful.
Men need purpose. They can be so remarkably generous, kind, and loving, but their devotion is much less loud and not packaged in the way that mainstream culture likes to sell imagery and expectations to us. It is no easy feat for younger men who have such desires to rise when they are repeatedly beaten down with little to no support during their formative years. For those of us on a more integrative spiritual path know intimately that finding your purpose is a feat in itself, even without the undercurrent of crescendoing social pressures piled on.
Furthermore, the unspoken difficulty is that many men desire autonomy, it is within their nature. They lean towards critical thinking and will naturally question authority if they possess healthy levels of testosterone. For men, wisdom is essential, but it is gained through surviving tough shit - thus, males need to discover their purpose for themselves to claim ownership with full conviction. Guidance from resonant male mentors who have made it through the mud is helpful, but it remains a personal crucible. It is not something that can be spoon-fed, only supported and shaped over time.
For the men who are in a dark place right now - you are not a burden. You are on your way to discovering your path to ascension and to living your purpose. And it will be holy. I am grateful that you exist.
The public reception of Jiri Prochazka is a perfect example of why we don’t deserve, and don’t produce, greatness. Read the comments below and you will see the problem. There is a Czech warrior-mystic madman who believes himself to be a samurai; he fights in the biggest gladiatorial arena in the world. Everything about him is completely genuine — this is legitimately who he is and how he views the world. He trains in the forest by meditating in frozen lakes, striking trees, climbing rocks. He genuinely believes in the power of ritual magic and esoteric tradition. His style of choice is unique and old, nothing like what the rest of the sport pursues. When he fights, it is with reckless abandon — a strategy of “leave it up to the gods,” centered around creating moments of pure 50/50 chaos such that his “spiritual superiority” can shine through in these violent gambles. Despite this insane, “nonsensical” strategy he has only lost to one man in ten years. All others he has knocked out or choked out, including legends of the sport and countless highly-dangerous men. He actually *is* what he presents as — his essence is his face — there is complete honesty with the crowd. Yet how does the public receive him? They infantilize him, speaking of him as autistic or underdeveloped or foolish. “The only reason one might be so eccentric is social malformation, retardation” — this is our belief. Greatness is “auto-nerfed” by this lens; he is treated as a child and a moron by the masses and the media. This is why we do not (and can not) have Alcibiades, or Fawcett, or even Elagabalus. We are structurally incapable of imagining that someone may “unironically” engage with the world, because none of us “unironically” exist. Everything is either a “bit” or a symptom of some disorder. Any small shimmer of genuine expression, even when paired with true prowess and accomplishment, negates one’s “image,” flattening it into a craven trope or insult. Real engagement must be held at arm’s length, nervously laughed at and othered. We prevent greatness by smothering this genuine existence in the cradle — crabs in a bucket tearing down any small example of earnest life to the same level of ironic sludge as the rest. You can be the indisputable second-best LHW fighter in the world with a 10-year finishing streak and people will still treat you like a child autist if you don’t kneel at the altar of ironic autohumiliation. This is our crisis. This is hell, and we are its stewards.
To forgive does not mean to deny evil, but to prevent it from generating further evil. It is not to say that nothing has happened, but to do everything possible to ensure that resentment does not determine the future.
I'm getting off this bitch but I will leave you with this..
We sometimes look at the modern world as a miracle. Electricity, cell phones, easy life..
But what have we given for this modern life of comfort.
Idk man... something ain't right... idk what it is but it ain't right

When under pressure, athletes often revert back to their old habits. This is why it's important to train new skills and techniques until they're fully ingrained into your muscle memory.
